Thicker than I thought, but they fulfill their function. You have to adjust them very well so they don't move, or even stick them with double-sided tape.

I thought I could assemble it and use it like a slide that extends and retracts, but it's meant to be used by fitting it to the length.

It's sturdy which is good, but fine-tuning is difficult so you need to adjust well with the included sponge... Still, it's nice and I'll use it well.
